Near the end of 2023, Sam and Amanda each separately felt a call from God to plant a Covenant church in Manhattan. Not even ever having met, they both reached out to the Midwest Conference to take the next steps in discerning this call. They soon were connected and began discussing ideas and dreams for a new church in Manhattan. God’s providential hand has been evident from the very start!

In the summer of 2024, we began meeting with a group of people who shared a similar vision for this new church. Throughout the school year we continued to meet to deepen our fellowship, pray together, and seek God’s will.

As we look to 2026, we are amazed at all that God has done in and through our church plant. We would love to have you join us on this exciting journey of moving toward Jesus together in order to see people and communities transformed by the power of the gospel!
